The contractor services may include providing various types of systems for pipes, fittings and other apparatus required for water supply, heating and sanitation in or outside a building. COntractor may be required to work on installing and maintaining various types of plumbing systems. These services may be required for, but not limited to, new construction, remodeling of existing building, emergency services, and/or design builds. Scope of work may include but is not limited to, gas earthquake valves, gas control valves, backflow preventers, water conditioning equipment and regulation valves, ADA upgrades, repiping, video inspection, sewer repair and replacement, leak detection, and/or core drilling. Bonds required.
