The contractor services shall include all labor, supervision, technician, tools, equipment, materials, documentation, reports, insurance, permits and other work related items necessary to perform a full range of providing and/or installing various types of tiles, slabs, marble, granite, mosaic, terrazzo, travertine and/or other similar materials. Scope of work may include, but not limited to, fabrication, demolition or existing surfaces, surface preparation, lathing, cement mortar application, floating walls and floor surfaces to grade elevation, installation of finish materials using cement or other adhesives, grouting, epoxy, cleaning, polishing repairs to tiles, slabs and various types of materials, Contractors may be required to provide specifications for materials and installation, as necessary. The materials provided by contractors must match what is stated on the plans for the project. Bonds required.
