The contractor services shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, monitoring, supervision and all incidentals required to provide concrete cutting, sawing and/or coring services, concrete grinding, drilling and testing, x-raying, soft cutting, indoor cutting, core drilling and wall sawing. Work may include the use of electric, gas and/or propane, flat sawing, wall sawing, chain sawing, hand sawing and/or hydraulic or electric core drills on reinforced concrete, precast concrete, asphalt, slab, brick, cinderblock or other structural materials, The concrete may be of any thickness. Drill dimensions may be of any diameter and coring may be of any angle. As per the CA contractor's license, the work performed is post-tensioning work, and may include concrete sawing, breaking, curing, floor hardening treatment, coloring concrete, concrete restoration and coring work. Bonds required.
