The general items of work include, but are not limited to; abatement work per the limited asbestos and lead reports. Removal and disposal of existing carpet, ceiling wall base cove, door & door frame, ceiling light fixtures, wall paper, and janitorial sink. Furnish and install new carpet, wall base cove and ceiling light fixtures. Painting of interior walls and all ceilings. Furnish and install seismic bracing to the existing T-bar system. Prevailing wages.
