This project will rehabilitate the sanitary sewer system along several roads within the District, including; Corte Madera Ave. Sanitary Sewer Master Plan capital improvement project (SMP CIP) #30, Chapman Drive (SMP CIP #21), Koch Rd (SSMP CIP #65), Meadowsweet Drive (SSMP CIP #6667,69), Westward Drive (Spot Repair) Robin Drive (SMP CIP #80), Paradise Drive (SMP CIP #82 & 84), Bond Lane, and Barner Lane (SMP CIP #85). The goal is to replace and/or complete repairs for all identified defects, focusing on sections with the most severe structural issues (Category 5), reduce I&I, and improve the overall function of SD2’s sewer system. Additionally, some sewer mains will be regraded to improve functionality and reduce cleaning and maintenance needs Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
