The major work consists of PG&E coordination and associated work, clear and grub and minor demolition of existing park facilities, erosion control, grading, bio-retention area, soil off-haul, drainage, post-tension concrete slabs, court surfacing, concrete pavement, concrete bands, chain link fencing and gates, pickleball courts, ball wall, site furnishings, site electrical conduit/feeder and pull boxes, planting and irrigation improvements. The successful bidder of this project shall have the following current and active California State Contractor’s License at the time of the submission of the bid and throughout the duration of the contract: Class A Bonds required.
