In accordance with Section 3300 of said Code, the contractor shall have a Class “B” license and shall maintain that license in good standing through project completion and all applicable warranty periods. This Contract is subject to prior approval of the prequalification process. If a bidder is not prequalified to bid on the Contract, Owner will not accept the bid. Any subcontractors the bidder lists for Work requiring C-7 and/or C-10 licenses must have current pre-qualified status with the Owner. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
