In general, the work shall include but is not limited to mobilization, disposal of materials, crack treatment (filled or sealed) of ALL CRACKS BETWEEN ¼ TO 1” INCH WIDE, prep site by wire brush, sweeping with hard bristled broom, compressed air, erosion and sediment control, traffic control, and all incidental and appurtenant improvements and restorations specified on the project specifications and herein these Special Provisions. Contractor shall possess a Type "A" license or other license qualifying the Bidder to Bid as a prime Contractor prior to SUBMITTAL of Bid and the license must be valid prior to award and throughout the Contract. Subcontractors shall possess the license appropriate for their classification of work Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
