The Revitalization of Closter Park includes but is not limited to: the demolition of (3) existing restroom structures and the replacement with new prefabricated structures, the demolition of the existing little league and softball fields and the replacement with new fencing, backstop, bleachers, paving, dugouts, pitcher’s mound and infields, the demolition of the existing playground and the replacement of a new playground and play surfacing. City to furnish the selected pieces of playground equipment to the Contractor, and Contractor will receive and install the playground equipment. A new skate space, picnic area, community gathering space, playground, fitness trail, fitness stations and paving improvements are included in the project scope. Preservation and removal of existing trees, the upgrading of irrigation controls, modification of existing irrigation head and the replacement of existing irrigation piping and infrastructure, Revitalization of existing turf and installation of new planting areas, plant establishment period; mobilization; construction best management practices; traffic control; and all incidental and appurtenant improvements and restorations specified on the Plans and herein these Special Provisions. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
