In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, fire alarms and fire sprinkler systems inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair at the United States Army Signal Activity Camp Roberts (USASACR). The Contractor shall be responsible for scheduling and performing the work necessary for the proper and efficient operation of the fire alarm system and to maintain the system at current compliance with the NFPA 72 and UFC 3-600-2 Unified Facilities Criteria and with any deviations approved by the Fire Marshal. Contractor shall provide a trained/qualified craftsperson to evaluate, inspect, test, maintain, and repair the fire sprinkler systems as per NFPA-25, NFPA20, NFPA17, Unified Facilities code, local & state Fire Marshal. The Contractor shall maintain on file all drawings, operating manuals, and the results of all testing and inspection. The work shall be located in the United States Army Signal Activity Camp Roberts (USASACR).
