The City will accept single or multiple property proposals for the respective sites. These sites are part of the City’s efforts to bolster economic vitality by attracting innovative development that could include housing, lodging, retail, restaurants, and other business or residential uses. Finding the highest and best use for these properties is essential to the City’s ongoing commitment to providing vital services to residents, improving infrastructure, and fostering a vibrant community.
