Orange County is seeking proposals from General Contractors to provide Construction Manager (CMAR) services with a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price for the design phase and a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the contractor phase for the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) - Urea Conversion Project. The delivery method for this Project is Construction Manager (CMAR) and will consist of a design phase and a construction phase. The CMARE will collaborate with the County’s in-house Project Manager and external Engineering Firm on the design, constructability, cost, project approach and schedule of the Project throughout the life of the Project.
