Work will include the removal of walls and providing new wood framing walls with finishes per plans. Replacement of existing and new doors, door frame, and hardware in restrooms and Janitor room. New door signs and wall signs. Replacement of plumbing fixtures and toilet accessories. New ADA compliant shower stall and shower accessories. Removal of selective concrete slab to be replaced with new concrete slab. New floor tile, wall tile, gyp board, and paint finish at restrooms. New carpet tile, gyp board, paint, and rubber base. Replacement of existing and new LED light fixtures at restrooms and Hallway only. Structure is limited to replacement of headers at door openings and ceiling joists at restrooms only. There is no Building addition OR Exterior work in this scope of work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
