The City of Laguna Niguel (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified consultants to provide multi-phase professional services to prepare the following tasks: Task 1: Prepare the required Project Approval and Environmental Documentation (PAED) phase studies including preliminary engineering for the South Forbes Road/Oso Creek Trail Active Transportation Enhancements project (Project) along Forbes Road south of Crown Valley Parkway and along Oso Creek to the south City boundary. Task 2: If the PAED is satisfactorily completed and the next phase is authorized to proceed, upon authorization, prepare the necessary Plans, Specifications and Estimate necessary for construction of the project including right of way engineering, bid support services and construction support services as defined herein.
