The Server Room requires the replacement of two (2) doors. The contractor shall furnish and install replacement hollow metal doors for both the Server Room Door #1 and Server Room Door #2. This includes the installation of new doors, hinges, and any necessary hardware to ensure a proper fit and secure installation. This includes taking all necessary measurements to ensure proper fitment of the new doors and any required hardware. For Door #1: the contractor shall reinstall the existing cylinder lock. For Door #2, the contractor shall reinstall the existing electrified panic bar and two cylinder locks, ensuring that the panic bar is fully functional and integrates with the existing security system. The contractor is responsible for verifying that all replacement components meet current safety and security standards; including fire rating, if applicable, and ensure compatibility with the existing door frames and hardware. Additionally, all work must comply with the City's applicable building codes and regulations. After installation, the contractor will test the functionality of the doors, locks, and panic bars to ensure proper operation and ensure that no hardware conflicts occur. The contractor shall also be responsible for all cleanup; including the removal and proper disposal of the existing two (2) doors and any debris generated from the installation. Any minor touch-up work or painting of the doors will be the responsibility of the City. HM Doors shall come pre-primed from the supplier.
