The scope of work for this project generally consists of cleaning, prepping, and repainting all of the interior walls, doors, door frames and trim, interior window frames, structural steel, concrete, and plaster/stucco materials within the building. The Contractor is responsible for removing floorboards and temporarily relocating all furniture and items on walls per the specifications. The Contractor must schedule the interior paint removal, cleaning and prepping, and painting appropriately in order to allow the police staff full accessibility to all parts of the building and to not interrupt day-to-day activities and tasks.
