The City of Anaheim desires the services of a qualified Contractor to furnish and install the specified carpet tiles and finish materials. This work includes the removal and disposal of the existing carpeting. The work area will include the Anaheim Convention Center Lobby, Mezzanine Hallway and two optional areas: Mezzanine Staircase and Admin Landing, and Hall E Pedestrian Corridor and transition area. All work must be performed in accordance with the specified manufacturer’s warranty requirements. The specified quantities are the City’s best estimate. The successful contractor is required to verify the actual dimensions and quantities of material required. Vendor must provide everything necessary including, but not limited to labor for removal, installation and disposal, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and the like required to perform and complete the required work. Note that 10% attic stock is required and must be included in the bid price. Prevailing wages.
