The selected firm will be required to perform park/sport court design services to be specified more fully in a contract agreement to be negotiated after selection. The following two (2) phase plan has been recommended and shall be included as part of the proposal. The first phase will include the Design Development of the preliminary Option 3 (See attachment B), the selected firm will bring the drawings to approximately 50% completion. Plans at this stage will outline all demolition/protection items as well as items to be constructed. These plans will be turned over to the City for staff review in order to determine any final adjustments prior to working out details and beginning specifications. In the second phase, the selected firm will continue on the Construction Documents until 100% complete, where they will be turned over to City staff and Departments as required for final review. The following major task shall be included as part of the scope of work for the project.
