The award of this RFQ will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible bidder using the Grand Total for Vacuum Power Circuit Breakers (Items A1 – A3). The 'Spare Parts (optional)' pricing will only be recorded on the Attachment "A" Pricing Worksheet, and will not be used for the purpose of awarding the bid.
