In accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Stantec, the Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment and services for the construction and completion of improvements to the French Meadows Campground, RV dump station, and boat ramp picnic area including, but not limited to the following: Selective site demolition, salvage, tree removal, drainage improvements (CMP culverts and valley gutters), potable water service lines (3/4” and 2”) and associated improvements, earthwork and grading, new campsites and site furnishings, trails, steps, vault toilet buildings and host sheds, aggregate base and paving for new roadways, concrete pads and walkways, forest service gates, barrier rocks, new signage, and final site stabilization and mulch.
