The City of Riverside is seeking an experienced, responsible, capable and professional architectural/engineering/construction firm with proven experience completing "turn-key" construction projects which include producing comprehensive construction plans with all necessary and required engineering, and specifications to meet City permitting requirements as well as providing complete construction services. This project will challenge your firm to design and develop plans and to construct the tenant improvements for the City Attorney’s Offices. Bonds required.
