The purpose of this solicitation is to request proposals from qualified firms to provide Landscaping Services for the clearing and revegetation of the Coachella Valley Storm Channel between Avenue 54 and Airport Rd., Coachella, CA. The scope of these services, special equipment requirements, and site location are detailed in this RFP and in Attachment A – Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan.
