The City of Menifee is requesting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering professionals to provide architectural and engineering services for the renovation to existing Fire Station No. 68, Phase II. The existing fire station is remodel to house six full-time personnel, and there is a need to renovate to fully accommodate six full–time personnel (male and female) and improve the remaining areas (reference Exhibit A for Photo Plans and Exhibit B for MEP Plans): Upgrade and connect kitchen area to dining-living area with island counter center, Upgrade TV room and electrical to fully accommodate room for six reclining chairs, Upgrade captain office, modify-extend existing walls, add-relocate door, add window adjacent to door opening, upgrade front desk and counter areas, upgrade existing millwork cabinets, and add pony wall with counter workspace for two workers, Upgrade entry-hall path with shelving and trophy cabinet, and add hall door wall, Upgrade electrical to accommodate three refrigerators, coffee bar, and other appliances. Refreshpaint walls at all areas applicable as highlighted in Exhibit A, and Electrical, lighting, plumbing, mechanicals, and as-built plans are provided in Exhibit B.
