In general, the project modifies and bypasses the existing sewer system located on Tyler Street between avenue 53 and Avenue 54. The work includes but is not limited to a 6’ wide full depth removal and replacement of asphalt and aggregate base, trenching and installation of sewer pipe, manholes, and laterals, backfill, compaction, and aggregate and asphalt/ trench repairs, manhole adjustments to grade, 2.5” asphalt grind and overlay from lane line to lane line or as shown on the plans, striping restoration, and all associated work for a fully functional project. All work to be constructed and performed in a workmanlike, professional manner, and to the satisfaction of the City. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
