The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide utility potholing services. The City of Riverside is currently making sewer improvements on Third Street in the downtown area from Market Street to the SR-91 Freeway. Other improvements include storm drain improvements on Victoria Avenue and Pleasant Street as well as lighting improvements on Fifth Street and Main Street by the City of Riverside Convention Center. The requested pothole work described herein will verify location, alignment and depth of existing utilities and identify possible conflicts with the proposed new improvements.
