The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of the demolition and removal of the existing playground, demolition and removal of the existing wood fiber chips, demolition and removal of the existing subbase and concrete ramps, relocation of drainage as needed, inspection of drainage and repairs as needed to ensure proper drainage, installation of playground subbase, installation of pour-in-place synthetic surfacing for the playground areas at Pikes Peak Park located at 97 Sixth Street, Norco, CA 92860 as described in the Specifications to the satisfaction and acceptance of the Facilities and Maintenance Director.
