The City of Indio requests proposals from qualified professional engineering consultants to prepare the plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate (PS&E) for the Bridge Preventive Maintenance Program Project, City Project Number: BR1701, Federal Aid Project Number: BPMP-5275(041). Interested firms shall address in their qualification statements their ability to provide the following services if selected by the City. The successful firm will be expected to prepare the Plans, Specifications, and Engineer’s Estimate (PS&E) to implement the maintenance improvements per the BPMP Plan developed in January 2018. The improvements include repaving the decks, fixing spalled concrete, and other preventative maintenance measures identified. DBE goal is 10%.
