The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide the necessary services to modernize Three (3) Geared Traction Elevators located at 3900 Main St. Riverside, CA 92522. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. The City is seeking a licensed elevator contractor to modernize the three (3) geared traction elevators at 3900 Main St. Riverside, CA 92522 updating the elevator control systems, hoist machines, door operation, hall and car fixtures, door equipment and all other items outlined in the scope of work including related work items required to meet code. The selected Company shall provide the services required in Exhibit “A”, Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
