The Work to be done, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to construct the Work and complete the Contract in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director. The Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the stated contents of any given section, and is subject to all the provisions of the General Conditions, the Special Provisions, and the Technical Specifications. Bid Schedule I - Base Bid: Item I-A. Tree Removal –Palm Trees. The scope of work for this bid item shall include all Work shown on the Plans and all Work described in the Specifications except items of work described in other Bid Items. The Work shall generally consist of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Removal and legal disposal of 797 palm trees at or above 7 DSH from within approximately 40 acre project boundary at Fairmount Park as shown on the Site Map and tree list included in Exhibit J and as described in Technical Specifications Section 02110; Compliance with all applicable laws and project permits; Conformance to the CalFire Wildfire Grant Agreement (included in Exhibit K) and Repair of all damage to all existing improvements caused by this Work; Item I-B. Tree Removal - Eucalyptus Trees: The scope of work for this bid item shall include all Work shown on the Plans and all Work described in the Specifications except items of work described in other Bid Items. The Work shall generally consist of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Removal and legal disposal of 760 eucalyptus and other trees at or above 5 DSH in Fairmount Park from within the 40 acre project boundary as shown on the Site Map and tree list included in Exhibit J and as described in Technical Specifications Section 02110; Compliance with all applicable laws and project permits; Conformance to the CalFire Wildfire Grant Agreement (included in Exhibit K) and Repair of all damage to all existing improvements caused by this Work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
