Provide turnkey homeless encampment site cleanup within the City limits (various site locations including City property, Riverside County Flood Control property and any other property for which the City and its contractors have been granted the authority to enter for the purpose of removing materials) with the goal to keep waterways, parks, and public space free of dangerous and unhealthy encampments to protect the environment and provide safe use of public areas. Services will be performed on an as needed basis. Prevailing wages.
