The Work to be done, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to construct the Work and complete the Contract in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director. The Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the stated contents of any given section, and is subject to all the provisions of the General Conditions, the Special Provisions, and the Technical Specifications. Bid Schedule I - Base Bid: Item I-A. Base Bid Work. The renovation of Patterson Park including removal of all existing facilities & amenities, installation of ADA concrete paving, turf sports field, basketball court, restroom/pump building, recirculating splash pad, fitness equipment, playgrounds, stage, perimeter CMU wall, planting, irrigation, and other modifications as needed. The scope of work for this bid item shall include all Work shown on the Plans and all Work described in the Specifications except items of work described in other Bid Items. Bid Schedule II – Bid Additive: Item II-A. Bid Additive Work. Installation of Rubberized Surfacing on Running Loop. The scope of work for this bid item shall include all Work shown on the Plans and all Work described in the Specifications except items of work described in other Bid Items. The Work shall generally consist of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Submittals, including shop drawings, materials list and work schedule per Specifications Section 01300; Park Site Maintenance per Specifications Section 01770; Grading and Drainage per Specifications Section 02210; New Play Equipment and Site Furnishings per Specifications Sections 02461; Repair of all damage to all existing improvements caused by this Work; Testing and clean-up; and, Spare parts, turn-over items, record drawings, and guarantees. Item II-B. Bid Additive Work: Purchase and Installation of all free-standing Shade Structures over Picnic Areas, Exercise Stations, and Stage Area as shown in plans. The scope of work for this bid item shall include all Work shown on the Plans and all Work described in the Specifications except items of work described in other Bid Items.
