The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: Interior tenant improvement of existing park concession building. Improvements to include new pass-thru windows, ADA compliant cabinetry and replacement of concession building plumbing and electrical. Restroom improvements are not a part of this project with the exception of the addition of hot water to the two restroom sinks. Concession snack bar will only provide pre-packaged foods and will not involve cooking or food preparation equipment. Bonds required.
