General Scope of Services • Order fuel for the stations at NACY and EWF based on need. • Monitor and track fuel consumption by SacSewer and non-SacSewer agencies. • Assess the condition of the fuel level monitoring equipment. • Provide a plan for alternate fueling should upgrades require either fueling station to be out of service for an extended period of tme. • Add new vehicles to the system. • Prepare monthly invoices and detailed fuel usage summary reports for both stations. Maintain records on fuel usage and expenses. • Assist SacSewer in setting the daily fuel prices and fuel surcharge.
