An inventory of 308 unknown and galvanized services for the service laterals in the Muscoy area of San Bernardino has been completed. The objective of this project is to excavate and inspect all service laterals for the presence of a lead gooseneck connection. All galvanized service lateral will be replaced with new copper piping; however, any identified lead gooseneck connections will be replaced using the procedures outlined. Bonds required.
