The scope of the project is to improve the non-motorized transportation network by constructing regional bikeways and walkways. Bicycle and pedestrian improvements will be constructed along streets and easements from Texas Street at Citrus Valley High School to Orange Street and Pioneer Avenue. Work will include curb ramps, sidewalks, pavement repairs, Class I, II, and Ill bikeway/pedestrian paths, bollards, sharrows (shared lane markings), roadway and bikeway signage, and lighting. DBE goal is 19%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
