The City of Redlands invites interested consultants to submit their proposals to provide As Needed / On-Call Architectural & Engineering Services for the Redlands Municipal Airport (“REI”) for the next five (5) years. This will include preparing for submission a 5-year Airport Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP) projects list anticipated to be funded by the Federal Aviation Administration, California Department of Transportation, Aviation Division (“CDOTAD”) and/or the City of Redlands, California. Selection of the Consultant will be in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E Change 1 “Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects.”
