Scope of Work: this Request for Proposal is to provide professional construction management services, and participation in the project design/construction processes as needed for various projects located within and for the City of Barstow, with the City’s Main Street Traffic Signal Upgrades, and the Barstow Road and Rimrock Road Intersection Improvement projects to be the first and foremost projects to be immediately assigned to the selected proposer(s). These services include but are not limited to; assuring that all construction elements and systems work individually and together as intended and required. Construction Management shall effectively and efficiently ensure that all work complies with the approved construction documents and applicable codes and regulations.
