Contractor shall furnish all materials and will perform all of the work for the following: Redlands Regional Connector (South) Project, complete all items as required by Redlands Regional Connector (South) Project. The Work shall consist of all traffic control (including furnishing and installing all arrowboards, barricades, signs, delineators, and flagmen); all earthwork (including trenching, shoring, sloping, bedding, and backfilling including select imported material or select native material); installing new concrete and asphalt trails with crushed aggregate base and grading; concrete and asphalt removals and disposals; installing new concrete sidewalk and ADA compliant curb ramps; installation of AC Pavement; installing all striping and signage as noted on the plans, including all incidentals; and protecting in place all existing utilities. DBE goal is 19% Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
