The work to be performed under this Contract generally consists of expanding the second floor reception lobby over the current first floor reception lobby with the placement of three (3) structural steel beams and associated supporting hardware, installation of a composite steel and light weight concrete flooring system, installation of addition wall receptacle outlets and wiring, installation of first floor ceiling framing and drywall on the underside of the new floor extension including lighting for the first floor, and removal and replacement of the carpet flooring within the 2nd Floor Reception Area. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
