This project is for the removal and replacement of gym lockers at Cajon High School, 1200 W. Hill Drive, San Bernardino, CA 92407. Contractor to remove and dispose of existing gym lockers. Provide and install new lockers per the specifications listed below. Cost to include all equipment, tools, travel, labor, licensing, engineering, bonds, etc. to complete the project. Contractor to provide shop drawing before installation. Contractor to coordinate delivery and install with the site Athletics Director. Code requires 5% of the lockers be ADA compliant (California Building Code 11B-225.2.1). This means that for each locker room, 4 of the bottom lockers will need to be ADA compliant and will need to be properly labeled with the ADA sticker. ADA lockers should be next to each other, and the bench(es) in front or by the ADA lockers need to be identified and label with ADA sticker. Bonds required.
