The City of Ontario’s Municipal Utilities Company (OMUC) is implementing sewer system capital improvements and private sewer lateral improvements. The construction will primarily be in Laurel Avenue (Holt Boulevard to G Street), Allyn Avenue (Holt Boulevard to Nocta Street), Nocta Street (Allyn Avenue to 680 feet east in Nocta Street), and private properties along Nocta Street. The work under this contract consists of installation of approximately 5,000 linear feet of 8-inch and 10-inch diameter VCP sewer mains; installation of approximately 942 linear feet of 6-inch diameter VCP private sewer laterals; installation of 4-inch and 6-inch VCP sewer lateral to reconnect existing laterals at buildings; installation of sewer manholes; installation of sewer cleanouts; connection to existing sewer manholes at various street intersections; connection to existing sewer main at various points in Nocta Street; implementation of traffic control during construction, pavement repair and street restoration as described in the Plans and Specifications for OMUC Project No. UT1067, UT1070, and UT1077. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
