The City of San Diego is seeking qualified bidders to provide facility cleaning services for Buildings 76 and 86 at the Metropolitan Biosolids Center (MBC) in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The services are more specifically described in Section E below, which generally involve cleaning and sweeping floors, wiping down equipment, and shoveling Class B materials into bins. The work area includes high noise levels and odors from processed sludge which may be objectionable. The bidder will also be required to work at heights up to four (4) levels within the facility. MBC is located at the following address: Metropolitan Biosolids Center, 5240 Convoy Street, San Diego, CA 92111. Bonds required.
