The San Dieguito Water District is requesting qualifications for Professional Consulting Services from a Vendor to design/install an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). This project will be contracted through the alternate Project Delivery Method, Progressive Design Build (DB). The City of Encinitas amended the City of Encinitas Municipal Code (EMC) to add Section 7.18.035, to allow Design-Build (and the two step Design Build variation) Procurement. The procurement process will follow this process as outlined in the EMC.
