Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Poway Unified School District is inviting qualified and experienced contractors to submit sealed bids for the project described below: Bid 2025-05 AHS Portable Classroom and Restroom Addition. The Bid 2025-05 AHS Portable Classroom and Restroom Addition project includes the addition of three (3) classroom buildings and one (1) restroom building. Contractor shall complete all scope of work as outlined in the DSA approved specifications and plans (Attachments 2 and 3), including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, casework, site utilities (including domestic water and sewer), accessible path of travel upgrades, technology equipment, fire alarm, parking lot improvements, shade structure, landscaping, etc. Pre-qualification required. The Prequalification Application must be submitted by 4:00pm on December 6, 2024. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
