The project scope is generally described in the following: Demolition of the two existing SFUSD- owned structures located at 801 and 834 Toland, and redevelopment of the two parcels to be the Student Nutrition Services Food Hub + Shops. The Project will include the three phases described below. This lease-leaseback Contract will include the preconstruction services for Phases 1-3, but will only include the construction of Phases 1 and 2. A separate contract for construction of Phase 3 of the Project will be solicited and awarded in the future. The Owner will not consider or accept any proposals from contractors who are not licensed to do business in the State of California, in accordance with the California Public Contract Code, providing for the licensing of contractors. In accordance with Section 3300 of said Code, the proposing entity shall have a Class “A” or Class “B” license at the time of award and shall maintain that license in good standing through Contract Completion and all applicable warranty periods.
