The Juvenile Probation Department is soliciting vendor to replace one of their space heating steam boilers with two new 4MMBTU steam boilers at their forest hill site located at 375 Woodside Avenue in San Francisco. The existing boiler is encased in a brick structure inside a boiler room at ground level of a building adjacent to the office building. Abatement of lead paint and asbestos contained material is required as part of the demolition effort to remove this boiler. Class "B" license is required to bid.
