Plant Construction seeks responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Trade Contractors interested in bidding the Structural Concrete services on the contract for the UC Law San Francisco 100 McAllister Street Remodel & Seismic Upgrade in San Francisco, California. Plant Construction seeks Trade Contractors with significant experience in coordination and execution of projects that are substantial in size and involve challenging logistical conditions and aggressive schedules. The scope of work will be to execute the complete Structural Concrete scope for the new 100 McAllister Street remodel and seismic upgrade. Trade Contractors must have previous experience with similar type and scale high-rise projects within the past ten (10) years, as well as previous experience within the City of San Francisco, or within 50-miles of the project area, within the last ten (10) years. Additionally, the Trade Contractor must have previous experience in and to be able to facilitate the LEED + Local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) requirements. Licenses Required: CSLB C-8
