The Project consists of: • Remove and replace approx. 57,300 SQ Feet of roofing at flat & sloped roof areas • Remove existing composition shingles, underlayment, flashings, gutters, etc. & dispose off site • Remove existing built-up roofing & R-30 insulation / taper crickets and dispose offsite • Remove any un-used vents or items identified by District, fill decking with like kind materials. • Supply and install new Presidential shingles over R-Mer Seal SA underlayment • Supply and install new R-30 ISO board, taper crickets and DensDek prime over plywood decking. • Supply and Install 60 mil KEE FB single ply membrane adhered to all flat roof areas over insulation. Supply and Install 60 mil KEE NF single ply membrane adhered at all walls over one layer of Dens Deck Prime • Install up and over the wall 3” down the back side • Supply and install KEE pipe boots, wrap all curbs in four pieces with adhered NF membrane. Supply and install new walk pads from the roof hatches/ladder area to and around the HVAC units Install new tapered insulation crickets and clad metal scuppers where needed • Remove existing coping metal and replace with new 24-gauge pre-finished metal and 22- gauge cleat, slope to the interior of the building. Color TBD • Install new 24 gauge pre-finished gutters and downspouts with gutter guards at all existing locations. Supply and Install Dura Block pipe supports at all pipe/conduit locations • Supply and install an exterior scaffold staircase during the job if needed • All parts will be submitted on and will be Equal to or better than any brands listed • Prepare and repaint the gas lines yellow • Prepare and paint any galvanized pipe that is rusted as needed. Repaint with similar exterior paint. Provide a 5-year workmanship installation warranty • Provide 20-year manufacturer’s warranty • Inspect all roof drains for loose bolts, tighten as needed. Ensure all drain baskets are in place, replace if necessary. • Pay prevailing wage • Provide Insurance and Bonds • This work will be completed before July 27th, 2025 • Lodi Unified School District will be providing an Inspector for this Project • Provide manufacturer’s warranty for new material. Contractor to provide 5-year workmanship warranty Pay prevailing wage. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors’ license(s): B, C39 The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract.
