The County of San Joaquin (“County”) is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide full-service environmental and planning professional consulting services for airport development projects at Stockton Metropolitan Airport (“Airport”). The services may include but are not limited to environmental planning consulting services, preliminary phase work, defining the scope of a project and establishing preliminary requirements, environmental and planning design phase work including activities to undertake and accomplish a full and complete project, bidding and negotiation activities as required.
