The San Mateo County Transit District “District” anticipates releasing a solicitation for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ’s) in January, 2025 for this project. The District intends to use this Project to support various capital projects using different project delivery methods including traditional design build, and other alternative project delivery methods. It is important that Consultant provide qualified personnel with relevant experience to provide the Scope of Services using any of the above-mentioned project delivery methods. Work Directives will specify the required services needed to support each project. The scope includes, but are not limited to: • Elevator Modernization and Maintenance • Project Management • Construction Management • Safety Inspection Services • Other Services For this solicitation, a Class B General Building Contractor or C-11 Elevator Contractor license is required
